I had a wonderful experience working with Angela. It was my first time buying real estate and I was pretty overwhelmed. From the beginning Angela made me feel comfortable. She showed me several places in a couple of different neighborhoods, walking me through the pros and cons of each. When the time came to make my first offer, she walked through all the documents with me until I really understood. Then, when we finally had an offer accepted and started the escrow the process, there was a problem with my first lender. Angela found someone else right away, and worked with the sellers to extend the contingency period. She was always available to me to answer questions or just reassure me. I’d have to say I was pretty nervous, but Angela eased my concerns every step of the way. I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She’s smart and she cares.

My husband and I have used Angela on four separate occassions. Buying and selling and most recently, renting out a condo unit for us. Angela’s experience and professionalism is second to none. She is patient, understanding and was very thorough throughout the whole process. Buying or selling a home can be a nerve wracking experience but Angela makes herself available at any time with a calm and positive influence. She has become a friend and we have referred her to our friends. Angela is a great lady!

As I had come from Japan, it would have been difficult to find a home but Angela really looked after my requests despite my irregular schedule. She was always so friendly, caring and very active in taking me to various possible homes. And I could trust her for the advice she would give me about location, prices, etc. I would certainly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home. Now I’m going to ask her to find me an office!

In 2008 our family moved from the east coast back to Los Angeles. Having sold our homes in Santa Monica and Connecticut, we felt it wasn’t the right time to buy another house and decided to rent, which is how we met Angela Forgo. Angela represented the owners of the house we rented, and we were so struck by how pleasant, professional and dedicated she was that when it was again time for us to use a realtor we contacted her. Angela is one of most professional agents I have ever worked with. She has become like the family. Even her support after sales, years after, is phenomenon. She has been helping me with my refinance, challenging LA County tax assessor`s office by providing comps, etc. I do wholeheartedly recommend her, as her knowledge, her caring for her clients, her non-stop fight for her clients is unsurpassed and second to none.

Angela helped to find us a townhouse in West LA. Based on what she showed us and we eventually purchased, she listened well to our requirements. She was very responsive throughout the entire process right through to closing. We recently rented the unit and used her services to find a renter. Again, very professional and responsive. She also helped tremendously in getting the furniture in the unit sold before the renters occupied it. We would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. In fact, we already have. Not only is she a consummate professional, but a great person too.
